Terms of Use for Amori

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms cover using Amori and buying Amori Premium. They are short on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask: eclipticrick@gmail.com.

Who you are dealing with

Amori is built and operated by an individual developer in the Netherlands, not a company. Contact: eclipticrick@gmail.com.

Using Amori

Amori is for two adults in a relationship, 18 or older. You are responsible for what you share in it, and you share it with one person only: the partner you pair with. Do not use Amori to share anything you have no right to share, or anything unlawful. What you put into Amori stays yours; Amori only stores and shows it so the app can work, as the privacy policy describes.

Premium

Amori is free to use. Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks more of the app, as described on the Premium screen in the app.

Payment, cancelling and refunds

The store takes the payment, not Amori. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, under that store's own terms, and Amori never sees your card or payment details.

App Store

If you got Amori from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it and these terms differ, these terms apply to the extent that agreement allows.

Changes and ending

Amori may change, and features may be added or removed. If a change takes away something you paid for during a period you already paid for, you can ask the store for a refund. You can stop using Amori at any time and delete your account inside the app, under Settings › Account › Delete account. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.

Liability and law

Amori is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Dutch law applies, without taking away the protection the law of the country you live in gives you as a consumer.
